TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Until She Turns ("we", "us", "our") (ABN.19899441936). By engaging our services, purchasing our products, or paying a deposit, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

1.1 Services & Proposals

We provide wedding planning, design, styling, and custom stationery services as outlined in your personalized Proposal or Scope of Work.

  • Proposals remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue.

  • Any services, revisions, or products requested outside the scope of the accepted Proposal will incur additional fees.

1.2 Fees & Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required within seven (7) days of accepting the Proposal to secure your date. Services will not commence until this deposit is received in full.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to the event date.

  • Additional Expenses: You agree to reimburse us for pre-approved expenses incurred during the provision of services, including travel, accommodation, parking, and specific logistics.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to pause or cease work if invoices are not paid on time. Late payments may attract interest or recovery costs as permitted by law.

1.3 Cancellations & Date Changes

  • Postponement / Date Change: If you need to change your event date, we will make reasonable endeavors to transfer our services to the new date. Any non-refundable supplier fees or additional costs incurred due to the date change remain your responsibility.

  • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel our services, the non-refundable deposit is retained. Further cancellation fees apply based on the timeline prior to the event date:

    • Cancelled within 90 days of the event: 25% of the remaining balance payable.

    • Cancelled within 60 days of the event: 50% of the remaining balance payable.

    • Cancelled within 30 days of the event: 75% of the remaining balance payable.

    • Cancelled within 14 days of the event: 100% of the remaining balance payable.

1.4 Client Obligations

To ensure the success of your event, you agree to:

  • Provide timely, clear, and accurate information and instructions.

  • Respond to design proofs and communication within requested timelines.

  • Inform us of any special requirements, venue restrictions, or safety considerations.

1.5 Third-Party Vendors

We act as an independent contractor when coordinating with third-party vendors (e.g., florists, venues, photographers, hire companies).

  • You will be the contracting party directly with third-party suppliers unless specified otherwise.

  • While we select vendors with care, we are not responsible for the performance, attendance, or product quality of independent third-party suppliers.

1.6 Uncontrollable Events (Force Majeure)

In the event of extreme weather, emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will use reasonable endeavors to make alternative arrangements or find suitable replacements. We are not liable for losses resulting from unavoidable venue or weather changes.

2. STATIONERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

2.1 Ownership & Copyright

All designs, concepts, and artwork created by until she turns remain our sole intellectual property and are protected by copyright law. Designs may not be reproduced, altered, or resold without our explicit written consent.

2.2 Proofing, Approvals & Errors

  • Final Digital Proof: Your written approval or signature on the final Digital Proof serves as final confirmation for print.

  • Client Responsibility: It is your responsibility to thoroughly check all text, guest names, dates, spelling, grammar, and layouts. We are not responsible for errors present on approved proofs.

  • Reprints: If errors are discovered after proof approval:

    • If the error was present in the approved proof, reprint and shipping costs will be charged to the client.

    • If the error occurred on our end (differing from the approved proof), we will reprint and dispatch the corrected order free of charge as a priority.

2.3 Color & Production Variations

Colours displayed on digital screens may vary slightly from printed physical products due to screen calibrations, paper stock textures, and printing processes. Variations in paper stock and handmade elements are inherent to custom production and are not considered defects.

2.4 Lead Times & Rush Orders

Stationery artwork must be finalised at least 4 weeks prior to your event date to guarantee production and shipping.

  • Rush orders (within 4 weeks) may be accommodated at our discretion and will incur a Rush Order Fee.

2.5 Shipping & Loss/Damage

Orders are shipped via tracked courier or postal services. Once an order is dispatched:

  • We provide a tracking number for your convenience.

  • Until She Turns is not liable for shipping delays, loss, or damage occurring in transit caused by third-party delivery services.

3. PROMOTION & MEDIA

We love sharing our work! We reserve the right to photograph, record, and publish images of our styling, design, and stationery work on our website, portfolio, and social media channels.

  • We will never share private personal information, such as client residential addresses, phone numbers, or guest contact lists.

  • If you prefer your event details not to be published on social media, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

4. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our operating state.
